Where does The K Shop ship to?
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. All Canadian orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
Are all your products authentic?
Yes, 100%. We source all our skincare and beauty products directly from authorized distributors in South Korea to ensure every item is genuine and safe.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping within Canada usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty products.
Do you provide samples with orders?
We love letting you try new things! Most orders include a selection of complimentary K-beauty samples, subject to availability.
